R.J.Gullan Individuali Imone is a privately owned gemstone, gemstone jewellery and beading supplies importer and wholesaler to trade only company with ethics.

The director(thats me) Rodney Gullan, heralds from the antipidean convict colony of Australia. So when you meet me at trade shows, don't be put off by the shorts and flip flops that are my customary national dress.

To give you a short history of my company would, to say the least, be against my better jdgement(I have trouble doing anything in short). But here we go.

In 2003 I moved to Lithuania to be with my lovely girlfriend Erika and our now nearly 3 year old daughter Ema.  I stayed and needed to do something to support myself.  So wholesale it was.

I started with Amber and a small amount of gemstomes.  Since then the company has grown from strength to strength.

We have signed agreements with many manufacturers and raw material suppliers all over the world who supply us with good quality products at the lowest possible prices. Savings we always pass on to our customers.

The way we do business is to get a low price, but at the same time ensuring ethical methods are used during the whole process. 

eg.  The gemstone beads we use are turned from raw material into finished shapes in a factory. Then the beads are sent to a corporate of 6-8 villiages where each villiage is paid by the quantity finished.  No individual person in this part of the process is paid directly.  The villiage head then in-turn pay the individuals who have done the work a % share and the rest is put back into public works in the villiage like schools, computers, fresh water bores and sanitation etc.  Thus ensuring the standard of living within the villiages does not deteriorate.  The individual villiage is paid directly for their share.  No middle money controllers are used and this way we are ensured that the villiagers get what they have worked hard for.
